These terms of use govern access to and use of the nooma.ma website, published in accordance with our legal notice. They do not cover the Nooma mobile app, which has its own terms of use, shown when you sign up.

Access to the site

nooma.ma is an informational website, free to anyone with an internet connection. It requires no sign-in, no account and no online booking — those features exist only in the mobile app.

Use of the site

Visitors agree to use the site in good faith, without attempting to disrupt it, extract its content automatically, or introduce malicious elements.

Forms

By submitting a form (waiting list, professional contact request, general contact), you warrant that the information provided is accurate and consent to its processing under our privacy policy.

Mobile app

Booking, schedule management and all transactional features take place solely in the Nooma mobile app, whose Android and iOS versions are being rolled out. Those uses are governed by dedicated terms shown within the app.

Changes to these terms

Nooma reserves the right to change these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page on the date of your visit.
