Privacy policy

This policy describes the data collected on the nooma.ma website. The site has no sign-in and no user accounts: those exist only in the Nooma mobile app, which has its own, more detailed privacy policy.

Data collected

The site collects only the data you enter voluntarily in our forms:

• Waiting list : email address, role (client or professional).
• Professional contact request : first name, last name, salon name, type of business, city, phone, email, team size, message.
• Contact form : name, email, subject, message.

The site sets no advertising tracking cookies (see our cookie policy).

Purposes

This data is used solely to tell you when Nooma launches, answer your contact request, and gauge professional interest in the platform. It is never used for third-party advertising.

Legal basis

Processing rests on your explicit consent given when you submit the form, in accordance with Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. CNDP declaration: to be completed.

Data sharing

Data is stored with our technical provider, Supabase Inc., under strict access rules (RLS): only the Nooma team can read it, and no third party has access. It is neither sold nor shared for commercial purposes.

Retention period

Waiting-list data is kept until the platform launches publicly in your area, or until you ask us to delete it. Contact requests are kept for as long as it takes to handle your enquiry.

Your rights

Under applicable regulations, you have the right to access, correct, object to and delete your data. To exercise those rights, contact us through our Contact page.

Security

Your data is protected by our database access rules (Row Level Security): the site can only add new entries, never read data already submitted. No administrative key exists anywhere in the site's code.
