Yes, the app is completely free for clients. Professionals pay a monthly subscription, with no commission on services.
Nooma will be available in beta on both Android and iOS. Both versions are in preparation and will open once the app is fully stable. Join the waiting list and we'll tell you the moment it does.
Nooma opens first across Greater Casablanca, then in Rabat, Marrakech and Tangier, before extending to the rest of Morocco. Join the waiting list and we'll let you know as soon as we open in your city.
Booking and managing your appointments.
In the app, choose a category or a salon, browse the services and the real availability, pick a specific team member if you'd like, then confirm your slot in moments.
Yes. Cancelling is free and carries no consequence up to 2 hours before the appointment. After that it counts as a late cancellation: three late cancellations earn a warning, and three warnings suspend your account for seven days — out of respect for professionals who set that time aside for you. If you'd rather change the time than cancel, you can propose a new slot to the salon from the app.
Every salon introduces its team. You can pick a specific member and see their availability, or let the salon assign whoever is free.
Nooma works out which slots are genuinely free in real time, combining the salon's opening hours, the chosen professional's availability, any declared time off and how long the selected service takes.
You can save your favourite salons to find them again easily. The loyalty programme is live: every service you pay for earns points at that salon, which come off your later bookings. Your points are visible in the app at any time.
